What Should happen to parents who leave their kids in hot cars?

When parents leave their kids in hot cars they should have to go to prison. That it is the only way for people to get that a car is not a baby sitter. They should have to spend at least a year in prison. It is the most logical answer. When they start going to prison less and less people will leave their kids in the car.
